Daves-Properties offers all inclusive furnished master bedrooms in our shared townhouses in the Research Triangle Park area of NC. We also offer entire furnished townhomes for lease. To learn more about our services, email info@daves-properties.com for information and availability.
At Daves-Properties everything is included in the price. All our rentals are fully furnished, nicely decorated, include fiber internet, utilities, appliances, washer and dryer, monthly cleaning of common areas, everything you need in the kitchen, even bed linens if needed. Just unpack your things!
SHARED HOUSING: A maximum of two professionals share a 1700+ sq ft townhouse, lots of privacy including your own 2nd floor private master bedroom with en-suite bath and walk in closet. These rentals offers – NO long term lease, option to pay rent weekly. Minimum of 3 months or longer stay required. You would be sharing common areas with another professional that occupies the other bedroom.
PRIVATE Mid-Term and Long-Term: We also offer private (not shared) fully furnished townhomes for 3, 6, 9 or 12 month lease. Our lease rentals are fully furnished, nicely decorated, include utilities, fiber internet, all appliances, washer and dryer, fully functioning kitchen, even bed linens if required.
Why Mid-term housing? These properties are leased for 3-12 months (typically 3-9 months) making them an ideal fit for folks working or living in an area for more than a few weeks but less than a year. Ideal if you are here on contract work, relocating, traveling workers, homeowners in transition and consultants just to name a few.
